I had an issue with my order and wasn’t sure if I was making a bigger deal out of it than it was, but customer service got back to me really quickly. They sorted everything out without any hassle, which I genuinely appreciated.

I was surprised by how many wines they had, wait, I found a few bottles I can never get anywhere near me, so that was exciting. Definitely worth browsing if you’re looking for something a little different.

The site itself is fine, but the inventory feels like it works when it wants. A few wines I had my eye on showed as available, then suddenly weren’t later on. It was a little annoying, but I still managed to find something else. They just need to do a better job keeping stock updated

I’m sure other customers would appreciate how easy they made the fix, though it would’ve been 5 stars if everything arrived perfect the first time.
